Rhea worked in the SETH Lab for a year and contributed to conducting deep qualitative research that supported a literature review on empathic design. Her ability to extract meaningful insights from complex sources and organize them clearly was impressive. Rhea showed steady dedication to improving her analytical skills, reading speed, and research workflow, and her growth over time was evident. She also demonstrated strong professional skills, communicating her progress clearly in weekly meetings, presenting her work effectively, and collaborating well with the team. Rhea is always eager to learn and contribute, such as adopting new skills, like 3D modeling. She will bring the same curiosity, discipline, and professionalism to future design roles.
